Twelve years running brand P&Ls taught me what research is worth: whatever it changes about the decision. Usually, less than it cost.

I spent over a decade at ITC Limited, one of India's largest consumer-goods companies, in category strategy and P&L leadership — including leading Bingo, a national snacks brand in one of the most contested food categories in the world. I sat on the buying side of research for years: the tracker decks, the agency debriefs, the findings that arrived three months after the decision they were meant to inform.

AdvisorSprint is the instrument I wanted in those rooms and could never buy: analysis that watches the category continuously, argues with itself before it speaks, ends in ranked decisions rather than dashboards — and research panels grounded in real population data that answer in days, with every claim labeled by how much you should trust it.

I build it solo — the multi-agent orchestration, the deliberation architecture (patent-pending), the validation discipline — which means when you take a briefing, you're talking to the person who wrote both the strategy logic and the code that runs it.

THE OPERATOR YEARS

P&L first, always.

Category strategy and brand leadership at ITC across FMCG; Chief Revenue Officer at an education company; advisor to consumer, retail, and EdTech businesses. Every AdvisorSprint output is shaped by one question from those years: what would make a P&L owner act on this by Friday?

THE BUILD

An engagement team, made of agents.

AdvisorSprint's engine orchestrates specialist AI agents the way a consulting engagement runs — parallel analysis domains, a reconciliation pass that forces every number to agree, and one adjudicated view. The research engine samples synthetic panels from census microdata and validates its instruments against real-world outcomes.

THE DISCIPLINE

Confidence you can audit.

Every claim labeled by evidence layer. Calibration anchors published, including the misses. Findings that don't replicate across independent models don't ship. Client engagements confidential by default — always.

I'm glad to talk shop — with or without a brief.

Buyers, operators, and people building AI products for real decisions: bring a question. Thirty minutes, no deck. I take a small number of engagements at a time, and I always enjoy comparing notes on AI product and research methodology.
